About this model
The Typhoon Mk1b gave the RAF a fighter capable of meeting the Focke Wulf Fw 190 at low altitude, armed with four 20mm cannons. Its later career as a fighter-bomber, carrying rockets against shipping and ground targets across Western Europe, makes this a notable subject for any WW2 RAF collection.
The model is built from die-cast metal with plastic components and arrives boxed with a display stand, ready to put on show. It measures 6.25 inches in length with a 7.5 inch wingspan.
