Hangar Club Terms and conditions

Hangar Models is owned and operated by Flightstore Pilot Supplies, a UK Limited company registration 04048570. 
Any reference to Hangar Models benefits, schemes and rewards are specific to this website only and not to any parent site.

1. Hangar Club reward points are only for those customers who have a paid for a current Hangar Club membership.
   
   
2. To be awarded Hangar Club points, members must login as a Hangar Club valid member.  Points cannot be retrospectively awarded.
   
   
3. Points are shown next to each product and are calculated as
   You earn 1 point for every £1 spent online
   Periodic promotions & offers may display a temporary increase in points available.
   
   
4. Points are required to be transferred into discount vouchers before use.
   You can transfer points in set increments of 100 points each time. to create £1 discount vouchers.
   
   
5. Discount reward vouchers expire after 365 days. Points do NOT expire
   
   
6. Hangar Models maintains the authority to deduct Hangar Club points from member accounts at any time should products be returned for any reason whatsoever, including instances where a complete or partial refund of the purchase price is issued. This provision similarly extends to product exchanges, with the exception that exchanges for products of equivalent points value are excluded from this deduction policy
   
   
7.   Hangar Club points that are awarded during the transaction or vouchers that have already been distributed may be revoked or nullified should Hangar Models establish that such points were accumulated in violation of the established terms and conditions or were granted erroneousl
   
   
8. Points have no value until converted into vouchers. Points are converted into vouchers by either the member during the 12 month period or by Hangar Models after 365 days of issue.
   
   
9. The current standard conversion value of points is 1 point is equal to 1 penny.
   

1. All Members will be eligible for accessing your own user account.
   Correspondence about your account will be sent to your registered email address. where we have their consent,
   We will endeavour to respect this preference but reserve the right to send to the member's registered email address without prior notification to the member any necessary business or policy notifications, or where there are problems with the registered members details
   
   
2.  The Hangar Club Membership account, including but not limited to reward vouchers, and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Hangar Models.
   Hangar Models may, at any time, terminate, alter, or amend the conditions or operation of the scheme.
   
   
3. Members are only entitled to 1 Hangar Club account each. Hangar Models reserves the right to refuse, merge, or close additional accounts at any time.
   
   
4.  Hangar Club members must keep their personal details updated on their online accounts. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or vouchers incurred as a result of incorrect details. 
   
   
5.  The Hangar Club Membership is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered on the account. 
   
   
6.  The Hangar Club vouchers remain the responsibility of the Hangar Club member, as do any security details relating to the account. Hangar Models cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the member failing to ensure the safekeeping of these items.
   
   
7.   Hangar Models retains the authority to decline the issuance of, withdraw, or cancel Hangar Club Membership, including all associated vouchers and points in any form, and/or remove a member from the scheme should any of the following circumstances occur: there exists reasonable grounds to believe that abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme has taken place, any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those applicable to the optional elements of the scheme has occurred, any conduct pertaining to Hangar Club or Flightstore Pilot Supplies that constitutes theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or the provision of false or misleading information has been demonstrated
   
   
8. Hangar Club Membership is an online reward scheme only and discount vouchers cannot be redeemed except on the HangarModels Website
    
9. Hangar Club accounts, bebefits, points and vouchers cannot be transferred, bought, sold or traded in any way.
   
   
10. Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points already accrued. 
    
    

1. Hangar Club Voucher statements are available online in the customer account section.
2. Hangar Club points that cannot be converted into vouchers because they are below the qualifying threshold, or points that remain following conversion, will be carried forward.
3. Hangar Club vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and are accompanied by an expiry date. They cannot be used or reissued after this date. 
4. Each Hangar Club vouchers can be used once only.
5. Hangar Club vouchers are the property of Flightstore Pilot Supplies Limited and have no cash value. They are not for resale or publication and are only valid in the UK and IOM. .
6. Hangar Club vouchers are discount vouchers. Members apply them at the basket stage so reducing the total to pay.
7. Hangar Club vouchers are NOT a form of payment. If an order is returned for a refund then only the amount shown after any discounts including Voucher discounts were applied will be due for a refund.
