About this model

The F-15DJ is the two-seat training variant of the Eagle operated by the Japan Air Self-Defence Force, and this release marks the Tactical Fighter Training Group's 40th anniversary with a dedicated commemorative scheme. The model is built from diecast metal with select plastic parts and arrives fully assembled with pad-printed markings, so there's no painting or decal work required.

Detailing includes recessed panel lines, access panels and antennas, plus interchangeable landing gear with rotating wheels so you can display it wheels up or wheels down. A hand-painted pilot figure sits in the cockpit, and the canopy and control surfaces are moveable.
