About this model
The Su-27 entered Soviet Air Force service in 1985 as a long-range air superiority fighter, built to counter fourth-generation US types such as the F-15. It combined strong manoeuvrability, powerful engines and capable radar and weapons systems, giving it both defensive and offensive reach, and it became the backbone of Soviet fighter aviation through the late Cold War, forming the basis for later variants.
This release includes a climbing ladder, landing gear and a display stand. Wing tip missiles are not included.
