PRODUCT INFO
The Hobby Master HA3228 is a 1:72 scale diecast model of the B-26K Counter Invader, finished in the markings of the Congolese Air Force, Brazzaville, 1965, aircraft serial 64-17649.
About this model
The B-26K was a heavily modified ground-attack variant of the Douglas Invader, fitted with uprated engines and a reinforced airframe to carry a substantial ordnance load. This example is armed with four LAU rocket launchers, reflecting the aggressive strike configuration used by operators such as the Congolese Air Force during the mid-1960s.
The model is built in diecast metal with painted markings and arrives boxed with a display stand and landing gear fitted, so it can be shown either in flight or on the ground straight out of the box.
