PRODUCT INFO

This is a 1/72 scale military scale diecast model from Hobbymaster of the F-4F Phantom II JaboG "Westfalen" 1981

Comes boxed with stand and gear.

One of the most famous and easily recognised fighter aircraft of the post-WWII era was the McDonnell F-4 Phantom II. This aircraft was developed as a private venture by the aircraft company but was soon ordered by the USN as a carrier-based attack aircraft. Its first flight took place on May 27, 1958 and it entered active service in December 1960. It wasn’t long after the F-4B appeared that a fly-off was set up with USAF front-line fighters. It was no contest, the F-4 performed so well that the USAF ordered their own variant, the F-4C. As time went on, the F-4 evolved into well over a dozen variants.

Key features of Hobby Master's "1:72 Air Power Series" diecast planes include:

Sturdy diecast metal bodies with some plastic parts.
Authentic panel lines, antennas, access panels, and detailed surface features.
Durable pad-printed markings and labels that won't fade or peel.
A display stand to showcase the aircraft in a flight position.
Meticulously detailed undersides with hidden screw heads.

Hobbymaster's Air Power Series delivers exceptional quality throughout. The sturdy diecast metal airframe is complemented by carefully selected plastic components, creating an authentic representation of this iconic fighter. You'll appreciate the authentic panel lines, antennas, access panels, and surface details that bring the aircraft to life, while the underside receives the same meticulous attention with hidden screw heads maintaining the overall integrity of the model.

The durable pad-printed markings capture the aircraft's authentic livery without the worry of fading or peeling over time. The included display stand positions your model in a dynamic flight attitude, while the complete boxed package makes this an excellent addition to any serious collection or the perfect gift for aviation enthusiasts.
