PRODUCT INFO
This is a 1:35 scale plastic kit of the M24 Chaffee light tank from AFV Club, finished in British Army markings as used during the later stages of the Second World War.
About this model
The M24 Chaffee was an American light tank that saw service through the end of WW2 and on into the Korean War, as well as later conflicts fought by the French in Indochina and Algeria. In British service the tank carried the name Chaffee, after US Army general Adna R. Chaffee Jr., who was instrumental in developing American armoured tank doctrine.
This AFV Club kit lets you build the M24 Chaffee as it appeared under British operation, giving modellers a way to represent an often overlooked chapter of the tank's service history outside its native US Army.
