PRODUCT INFO
This is a JC Wings 1:72 scale diecast model of the F-16D Fighting Falcon, finished as an aircraft of the USAF Air National Guard's 121st Fighter Squadron, 113th Fighter Wing, in 2011.
About this model
The model is built from diecast metal with select plastic components and arrives ready to display straight from the box. Panel lines, antennas, access panels and other surface details are rendered to a high standard, and markings and placards are pad printed rather than applied as decals, so they resist fading and peeling over time.
Landing gear is interchangeable between extended and retracted positions, with rotating wheels fitted in either configuration. The canopy and control surfaces move, and the model comes with detachable ordnance loads complete with their own identification placards, along with a hand-painted pilot figure in the cockpit. This is a limited edition release supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
