About this model
The C-5A Galaxy was one of the USAF's principal strategic airlift types, and this release depicts a genuine New York ANG aircraft in its camouflage scheme with full USAF insignia. The model is built in diecast metal and carries pad printed markings rather than decals, so the serials and insignia stay sharp over time.
Surface detail includes panel lines, antennas and access panels, with the landing gear permanently extended for ground display. A presentation stand for in-flight display is sold separately.
