Tamiya Douglas A-1H Skyraider 1:48 Plastic Model Aircraft Kit 61058

The Tamiya Douglas A-1H Skyraider is a 1:48 scale plastic model kit of the piston-engined attack aircraft, reproducing its airframe with accurate panel lines and surface detail.

About this model

The Skyraider served frontline duties for three decades and was heavily used during the Vietnam War, where its payload and endurance made it a mainstay for ground attack missions. This kit captures the type's distinctive bulky fuselage and wing shape, with engineering that reflects Tamiya's usual standard of fit.

Engine cowl flaps, wing flaps and dive brakes can all be built open or closed, so the finished model can be posed on the ground or mid-mission. Ordnance sprues include 250lb bombs and 5-inch rockets for a fully armed loadout, and a pilot figure is included for the cockpit.
