PRODUCT INFO
The Italeri Su-33 Sea Flanker-D is a 1:72 scale plastic model kit of the Sukhoi Su-33, the carrier-based development of the Su-27 Flanker.
About this model
This naval variant was developed for operations aboard the Admiral Kuznetsov, and the kit reproduces the structural reinforcements, strengthened landing gear and arrestor hook that set it apart from the land-based Su-27. The folding wings are included, replicating the feature designed to reduce the aircraft's footprint in carrier hangar decks.
The model measures 30.4cm in length when built and is made up of 96 parts. A decal sheet is included with four marking options, covering the Su-27K aboard the Admiral Kuznetsov and the Chinese-developed Shenyang J-15 derivative.
