This is a JC Wings 1:72 scale diecast model of the FW 190A-8, finished in Luftwaffe JG26 markings as flown in France, 1945.
About this model
The FW 190A-8 was a German Air Force air superiority fighter of the Second World War, and this model reproduces it in diecast metal with select plastic components. Panel lines and access details are rendered with precision engineering, and the markings are pad-printed so they won't fade or peel over time.
The model arrives ready to display straight out of the box. Landing gear is interchangeable between extended and retracted positions, with rotating wheels fitted either way. Ordnance loads are detachable and come with placards, and the canopy and control surfaces are selectively movable. A hand-painted pilot figure completes the presentation.
