About this model
The P-40C Warhawk was one of the key fighter types used by the American Volunteer Group, the 'Flying Tigers', during their early WW2 operations against Japanese forces. This release represents the aircraft flown by Tex Hill, a well known pilot of the 2nd Pursuit Squadron.
The model is made from die-cast metal with pre-painted finish and pad-applied markings for a sharp, consistent look straight out of the box. It comes complete with a display stand and separate landing gear, and arrives in a clear diorama box suitable for shelf display.
