PRODUCT INFO
This is a JC Wings 1:72 scale diecast model of the Sukhoi SU-27UB Flanker-C, finished in Kazakhstan Air Force 604th Air Base markings from 2010.
About this model
The SU-27UB is the two-seat training variant of the Flanker family, a twin-engine fighter developed to counter aircraft such as the F-15 Eagle through sustained manoeuvrability. This release reproduces the type as operated by the Kazakhstan Air Force at its 604th Air Base.
The model is built from diecast metal with selective plastic components, finished with pad-printed markings and placards rather than decals. Panel lines, antennas, access panels and surface detail are moulded in, and the cockpit includes hand-painted pilot figures.
