PRODUCT INFO
The Aviation72 Saab Gripen JAS39 is a 1:72 scale diecast model aircraft finished in the markings of the Hungarian Air Force's 59 TFW-31 squadron.
About this model
The Gripen is a Swedish single-engine multi-role fighter built around a delta-canard configuration, developed to succeed the Draken and Viggen in Swedish service. Its fly-by-wire controls and relaxed stability design have made it a capable and exportable fighter, now flown by several NATO-aligned air forces including Hungary.
This diecast replica is finished in the 59 TFW-31 squadron scheme, with applied markings and paintwork reflecting the aircraft's real-world service appearance.
