This is a Gemini Jets 1:400 scale diecast model aircraft depicting the Lockheed C-5M Super Galaxy, finished in USAF Lackland AFB colours with registration 85-0009.
About this model
The airframe is formed from diecast metal throughout, including the wings and tail, giving the model the heft and solidity that collectors of this range look for. All markings and stencils are pad printed straight onto the surface rather than applied as decals, so they stay sharp and intact over years of handling and display.
Fine surface detail runs across the fuselage, with panel lines, antennas and access hatches reproduced throughout. The undercarriage is fixed in the down position for shelf display; a separate flight stand can be fitted if you prefer to display it as if airborne.
