Tamiya 35050 German 8ton Halftrack 20mm FlakVierling 1:35 Plastic Model Kit

This is the Tamiya 35050 German 8ton Halftrack 20mm FlakVierling, a 1:35 scale plastic model assembly kit depicting one of the Wehrmacht's quadruple-barrelled anti-aircraft halftracks from the Second World War.

About this model

As Allied air power grew during the later years of WWII, Germany relied increasingly on mobile anti-aircraft platforms to defend ground positions. This kit recreates the 8ton halftrack fitted with the quadruple 20mm FlakVierling gun, one of the more effective weapons developed for that role.

The model features 360-degree movement of the gun mount and sight, along with a detailed and realistic suspension assembly. Five figures in winter uniform are included along with a selection of accessories, allowing the vehicle to be built as a complete diorama scene.
