PRODUCT INFO
The AFV Club British CVRT FV107 Scimitar is a 1:35 scale plastic model kit of the Scimitar armoured reconnaissance vehicle.
About this model
The Scimitar forms part of the Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance (Tracked) family designed by Alvis in the 1960s, built to replace the Alvis Saladin armoured car. Small, fast and highly mobile, it was used by the British Army for reconnaissance and screening roles, and by the RAF to protect Harrier airfields.
This kit lets you build the Scimitar in 1:35 scale, reproducing the vehicle's compact hull and light aluminium armour construction that kept weight down for air-transportability. Assembly and painting are required to complete the model.
