PRODUCT INFO
This is a Gemini Jets USAF C-5A Galaxy in 1:400 scale, a diecast model aircraft finished in New York Air National Guard camouflage, serial number 68-0226.
About this model
The C-5A Galaxy formed part of the USAF's strategic airlift fleet, and this version represents a real New York ANG aircraft carrying its camouflage scheme and full USAF insignia. Rather than decals, the markings on this model are pad printed directly onto the diecast metal body, which keeps the serials and insignia crisp over time.
The model shows panel lines, antennas and access panels across the airframe, with the undercarriage fixed in the down position for a ground display setup. A separate in-flight stand can be bought if you want to display it airborne instead.
