Gemini Jets Saab 340 Eastern Express/Bar Harbour Airlines 1/400 Diecast Aircraft - GJEAL1251

This is a Gemini Jets 1:400 scale diecast model of the Saab/Fairchild SF-340A, finished in Eastern Express/Bar Harbour Airlines livery.

About this model

The model is built from diecast metal throughout, including the wings and tail surfaces, giving it the weight and finish Gemini Jets is known for. Panel lines, antennas and access panels are moulded into the airframe, and the markings are pad-printed rather than applied as decals, so they will not lift or deteriorate over time.

The landing gear is permanently extended in metal, giving the model a settled, authentic stance for display. A presentation stand is not included with this model, though stands for an "in flight" display are available separately.

Common questions

Does this model come with a display stand?

No, a stand is not included. Optional stands for an in-flight display pose are sold separately.

Is the model fully diecast metal?

Yes, the airframe is diecast metal throughout, including the wings and tail surfaces, with the landing gear also made from metal and fixed in the extended position.

Will the livery fade or peel over time?

The markings are pad-printed onto the model rather than applied as decals, so they are resistant to the fading and lifting that can affect decal-based finishes.
