PRODUCT INFO
The Cobi Junkers Ju 88 is a 1160-piece brick model kit of the German WW2 twin-engine aircraft, built in 1:32 scale.
About this model
The Ju 88 served the German Air Force as a high-speed bomber suited to low altitude attacks and shallow diving flight, and was also adapted as a night fighter, torpedo bomber and reconnaissance aircraft. Almost 15,000 were produced between 1939 and 1945 in various versions.
This Cobi set uses 1160 blocks with permanent prints rather than stickers, including newly developed blocks to form the shape of the cockpit, which houses a pilot figure. Moving features include propellers, ailerons and bomb hatches, along with detachable bombs and retractable wheels beneath the wings. Instructions are illustrated and set out step by step.
