Cobi Horten Ho 229 Brick Model Kit, Scale 1/32 Aircraft Brick Kit (5757)

The Cobi Horten Ho 229 is a 953-piece brick model kit of the German flying wing jet aircraft, built to 1:32 scale.

About this model

The Horten Ho 229 was a German experimental jet developed by brothers Walter and Reimar Horten during the Second World War, becoming the world's first flying wing jet aircraft to fly when tested in January 1945. Its shape and construction, including wooden elements and a charcoal and wood dust mixture, have linked it in later years to discussions of radar detectability and to aircraft such as the American B-2 Spirit.

This set reproduces the aircraft's distinctive flying wing shape across a 52.5 cm wingspan, built up from 953 Cobi bricks with full colour printing rather than stickers. The kit includes a nameplate and a test pilot figure, and is compatible with other major brick brands.
