The matt finish suits the subdued look of period warship surfaces without any added sheen.

The paint is water-soluble, with a smooth consistency that brushes or airbrushes well. For airbrush use, thin with Tamiya X-20A Thinner. It bonds to plastic, wood, styrofoam and styrene resins, and is fully intermixable with other Tamiya acrylics for shading or weathering work.

Specifications

Brand: Tamiya

Paint colour: Brown

Finish: Matt

Type: Acrylic Paint

Volume: 10ml

Category: Paints, Paints & Accessories

Common questions

Can I use this paint on wood and resin as well as plastic?

Yes, it bonds well to plastic, wood, styrofoam and styrene resins.

Do I need to thin it for airbrushing?

Yes, use Tamiya X-20A Thinner when applying by airbrush.
