The fast-dry formulation lets you move through coats without long waits, so your build keeps moving.

The matt finish gives good adhesion and coverage, and a single tin covers roughly 0.3m², which is enough for most modelling projects. Apply it straight from the tin by brush, or thin with Humbrol Enamel Thinners at a 2:1 ratio for airbrushing. Two thin coats will give a better result than one heavy coat.

Specifications

Brand: Humbrol

Paint colour: Grey

Finish: Matt

Type: Enamel Paint

Volume: 14ml

Category: Paints, Paints & Accessories

Common questions

How long does this paint take to dry?

It's touch dry in 20 to 40 minutes, though you should allow up to 24 hours for full hardening before recoating.

Can I use this paint in an airbrush?

Yes, thin it with Humbrol Enamel Thinners at a 2:1 ratio for airbrush application, or apply it straight from the tin by brush.

What surfaces can I use this paint on?

It's built for plastic scale models but also works well on wood, metal, ceramics and sealed surfaces.
