The 14ml tin covers approximately 0.3m², enough for brush or airbrush work across a typical kit.

Apply it straight from the tin with a brush, or thin it with Humbrol Enamel Thinners for airbrushing. Two thin coats over one thick coat gives the most even, professional result. The paint is touch dry in 20 to 40 minutes, so you can move on through your build without long delays, and it cures fully in around 10 days to bond permanently to the surface.

Specifications

Brand: Humbrol

Colour: Silver Metallic

Finish: Metallic

Volume: 14ml

Type: Enamel Paint

Category: Paints, Paints & Accessories

Common questions

What surfaces can I use this paint on?

It's developed for plastic model kits but also works on wood, metal, ceramics and sealed surfaces.

How do I thin it for an airbrush?

Use Humbrol Enamel Thinners to thin the paint for airbrushing, and the same thinners for cleaning brushes and airbrush equipment afterwards.

How long before the paint is fully cured?

It's touch dry in 20 to 40 minutes, but full curing to a permanent, durable bond takes approximately 10 days.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0982/0294/3863/files/11-silver-metallic-enamel-paint-14ml-AA0120-2.jpg?v=1774548448
